By the numbers

Dreamworld, in numbers.

2days of fun planned in one place
01 · Habitat

Where Dreamworld lives.

Dreamworld and Whitewater World are theme parks. The Fun Planner was built to make a visit to them better.

It is one of the most rewarding projects our studio has worked on.

02 · Pressure

What buyers needed.

Guests had a common problem: fitting in everything they wanted to do in one visit.

A planning tool could solve that, and in doing so lift satisfaction, encourage repeat visits and open new ways to sell extra services.

03 · Adaptation

What we changed.

We built a guided selling tool. It helps guests plan ahead, and it shows them the value of time-savers like the Q4U queue option.

It is intuitive and informative. Guests can plan up to two days of rides, meal breaks, Q4U and early entry, and see how to get the most fun from their time.

04 · Selection

What happened next.

Guests can now plan up to two days of entertainment in detail, with rides, meal breaks, queue options like Q4U and early entry all in one plan.

What we built

02

Q4U and early entry
