01 · CharacterSomeone your buyer recognises.
One of the six buyer types, drawn as a real person: the champion who'll put their name to the decision, the sceptic who's been burned before, the boss who wants it handled. Specific enough that a buyer thinks, that's me.
02 · WantSomething they actually want.
Not "efficiency". Home by six on a Friday. A board meeting that goes well. A client who stops ringing. The want comes from the buyer research, in their words.
03 · ObstacleThe thing in the way.
The real worry: the price, the risk, the last supplier who let them down. Stories that skip the obstacle sound like ads. Stories that name it get believed.
04 · ChoiceThe moment they choose.
Where you come in, as the guide, not the hero. The buyer makes a choice, the obstacle falls, and they get what they wanted. That's the scene they'll repeat to someone else.
