Join the next generation.

We're a small studio that runs on a simple idea: try a few things, keep what works, write down what you learnt. If that sounds like how you already work, we'd like to know you exist.

Open roles0As of 13 October 2026

No open roles right now. We'd rather say so.

We don't post ads for jobs that don't exist, and we won't pretend there's a vacancy to collect CVs. When a role opens, it will be listed here. Until then, the door is open for introductions.

01 · Measure

We write the prediction first.

Before we make anything, we write down what we expect it to change and how we'll know. It keeps the work honest, and it makes the debrief short.

02 · Vary

We make more than one.

Several directions, not one precious idea. The first version is rarely the fittest, so nobody gets too attached to it, including the person who made it.

03 · Select

Evidence decides. Not the loudest voice.

Buyers, data and the prediction we wrote down pick the winner. Seniority doesn't. Good arguments are welcome from anyone.

04 · Inherit

We write down what we learnt.

Hits and misses both go in the log, so the next project starts stronger. It's the same loop we run for clients, and for ourselves in Generation One.

What we look for

A field guide, not a checklist.

Skills matter, and they're different for every role. These are the habits that make people thrive here, whatever they do.

You'll probably thrive if you
  • Care more about whether it worked than whether it won an award
  • Can explain your work in plain English to someone outside your field
  • Like being shown you were wrong, eventually
  • Write things down without being asked
  • Get curious about the buyer, not just the brief
  • Finish things
You might not enjoy it if you
  • Want one big reveal instead of many small tests
  • Prefer to keep work hidden until it's perfect
  • Find measurement a threat rather than a help
  • Like jargon more than clear sentences
Where we are

Three cities. One studio.

We work across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, with clients wherever they happen to be. Tell us which city you're in when you introduce yourself.

How to introduce yourself

Three things. Short is fine.

No cover letter needed. If something opens that fits, we'll get in touch.

  1. 1

    What you do

A few lines on your craft and the kind of work you're best at. Strategy, design, writing, build, or something we haven't thought of.

  2. 2

    One thing you made

A link to one piece of work, and what you'd change about it now. The second part tells us more than the first.

  3. 3

    What you're curious about

The question you'd like to spend the next few years answering. Work related or not.

Introduce yourself.

No role to apply for, just a hello. We'll keep it on file and reach out if something fits.
