This website, evolut.com.au, is run by Evolut Group Pty Ltd ("Evolut", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
These terms cover your use of the website only. When you engage us for work, that work is governed by the written proposal and terms we agree with you.
02Information only
Everything on this site is general information about Evolut, how we work and what we offer. It isn't advice for your particular business, and you shouldn't rely on it as if it were.
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we can't promise that every detail is complete or current at all times. Services, methods and descriptions may change without notice.
03Prices and proposals
- Prices on this site are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST, unless we say otherwise.
- Prices marked "from" are starting points. The final price depends on the scope of the work.
- Every engagement is subject to a written proposal from us. The proposal sets out the scope, price, timing and terms, and it takes priority over anything on this website.
- A price on this site isn't an offer we're bound to accept. It becomes binding only once we've both agreed to a written proposal.
04Intellectual property
The content of this site, including its text, design, illustrations, graphics, code and the Evolut name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Evolut and is protected by copyright and other laws.
You're welcome to view the site, share links to it, and print or save pages for your own reference or internal business use. Please don't copy, republish, adapt or sell our content for any other purpose without our written permission.
Client names, logos and work shown on this site belong to their respective owners. RocMode and Seen Isn't Selected are referred to by name and belong to their respective owners.
05Using this site
Please use the site lawfully and fairly. Don't try to interfere with how it works, gain unauthorised access to it, introduce harmful code, or use our forms to send spam or anything unlawful or offensive.
