Adaptations · from $4,900

One focused change, where it counts.

An Adaptation is a focused change to the weakest selection moment your Fitness Test found. One moment, one change, one written prediction. Then we measure what moved.

Six species of adaptation

What an adaptation is

Small enough to ship. Sharp enough to measure.

Big rebrands change everything at once, so nobody can say what worked. An Adaptation changes one thing, on purpose, and says in advance what it should move.

The adaptations

Six ways to move a moment.

Each one is good at some stages and quiet at others. The Fitness Test tells us which one your weakest moment needs.

  1. 01AI-enhanced websitesMoves Found, Answered, Believed and Bought. The biggest adaptation, from $14,900.
  2. 02Brand identityMoves Known and Preferred. A look buyers recognise in a second.
  3. 03Storytelling and contentMoves Answered, Believed and Preferred. Scenes, not feature lists.
  4. 04Search and AI answersMoves Found and Answered. Named when buyers ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google.
  5. 05CampaignsMoves Known and Found. Variations tested against buyers, winner kept.
  6. 06CRM and sales collateralMoves Believed, Bought and Kept. Easy to say yes, glad they did.
How an adaptation is chosen

Your weakest moment picks it. Not us.

The Fitness Test scores all 42 moments. The lowest one goes first. Pick a stage to see which adaptations move it, and the kind of prediction we'd write.

Adaptations that move it

A prediction we'd write

An invented example, not client data.
How it's measured after

Measured after, not just shipped.

Launch is the halfway point. We check the prediction against your RocMode baseline and tell you plainly whether it hit or missed.

0

Moment it's aimed at

Every Adaptation names the one moment it's for. If that moment doesn't move, it didn't work, however good it looks.

0

Real buyer questions, asked again

The questions tied to that moment are put to ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google before and after, so the comparison is like for like.

0

Moments in your baseline

RocMode holds all 42, so we see the knock-on effects too. A good change in one place often lifts the moments next to it.

Questions

Fair questions.

Can we just pick the adaptation we want?

You can tell us what you think it is, and we'll write that down. The Fitness Test then shows whether it's the weakest moment. Often it is. Sometimes the gap is somewhere nobody was looking.

What does "from $4,900" cover?

One focused change to one moment, built and launched, with its prediction checked afterwards. Bigger scopes are priced from the Fitness Test findings, once we know what the change has to do.

Do we need a Fitness Test first?

Yes, because it's how we know which moment to aim at and what it scores today. The fee comes off your Adaptation if you start within 90 days.

What if the prediction misses?

We say so, and say why. A miss still tells you something true about your buyers, and the next variation starts from it.

Can we do more than one at a time?

You can, but each one gets its own moment and its own prediction, so we can still tell what moved what. Running them back to back is what Generations is for.

Your first adaptation

Find the weak moment. Fix that first.

Two weeks of Fitness Test tells us where buyers cut you. Your first Adaptation starts from there, with the fee credited.
